By using our expertise we help our customers to establish IT strategy, to implement or to improve IT management processes, to define and to carry out steps necessary to move some IT management functions to an external company (outsourcing). We can help you to organize and to start a Service desk as well as technical support group (Helpdesk). We can help you to build a configuration management process and a viable CMDB. We also can help you to start an effective change management, to calculate costs of IT services, to select and configure specialized software tools and to accomplish a lot of other tasks.

In our work we use such materials as ITIL, MOF and other knowledge sources in ITSM (IT Service Management) area, CObIT and other materials of ITGI (IT Governance Institute), various ISO standards (like ISO 9000, ISO 19011, ISO 20000, ISO 27000, ISO 38500, ISO 12207) as well as other standards in IT management, governance and control. We do know these materials and we are ready to provide corresponding certificates to confirm that.

Our team involves experienced specialists who have been working together for several years. Together we gained wide practical experience – dozens of successful projects and thousands of educated specialists. And each project, each training delivered made this experience richer and more useful. IT management is our speciality. We are glad to share our expertise to help you in accomplishing your tasks.

Cleverics perform their work on basis of clear vision of modern tasks in IT management area and taking into account real conditions of Russian market:

  • Significant budget cuts and focus on short-term investments require the following things from service providers: maximum flexibility in pricing and in ways of service delivery, readiness to take responsibility for the final results and will to achieve them. Flexibility and focusing on customer tasks are basic principles of Cleverics.
  • Unfortunately customers of services in IT management area perceive high quality services as a pleasant exception. Projects completed in time as well as projects meeting all customers’ expectations are still rare occurrences. We pay much attention to our commitments starting from the very first steps with a customer, well before an agreement occurs. Clear task definition and wide practical experience allow us to maintain our reputation. The best confirmation of that are our customers, who turn to our assistance again and again, and their credit is a great value for us.
  • Despite consulting in IT management area means assistance to customers with assessment or improvement of their performance in IT management, in many real-world projects consulting is still substituted with deployment of certain software products. We understand perfectly that improvement in IT management usually involves not only documenting some processes or implementation of a software product to automate them but also work with people. We pay much attention to work with people and organizational changes, and it helps us to achieve impressive results.
