Basically our services can be delivered in form of trainings as well as projects (project normally being an implementation of certain management solutions or an assessment of current IT management performance).

We can help you design and launch a Service desk as well as a technical support group (Helpdesk).

We can help you build a configuration management process and a viable CMDB.

We also can help you start an effective change management, calculate costs of IT services, select and configure specialized software solution and accomplish a lot of other tasks.

In our work we use such frameworks as ITIL, MOF and other bodies of knowledge in ITSM (IT Service Management) area, CObIT and other materials of ITGI (IT Governance Institute), various ISO standards (like ISO 9000, ISO 19011, ISO 20000, ISO 27000, ISO 38500, ISO 12207) as well as other standards in IT management, governance and control. We do know these materials and we are ready to provide corresponding certificates to confirm that.

Our team includes experienced specialists who have been working together for several years. Together we gained wide practical experience: dozens of successful projects and thousands of educated specialists. And each project, each training delivered made this experience richer and more useful. IT management is our profession. We are willing to share our expertise to help you accomplish your tasks.

Cleverics perform their work on basis of a clear vision of modern challenges in IT management area with consideration of the actual conditions of Russian market:

  • Significant budget cuts and focus on the short-term investments require the following from service providers: maximum flexibility in pricing and in means of service delivery, maximum ability to take responsibility for the final results and a will to achieve those. Flexibility and the focus on customer’s business are basic principles of Cleverics.
  • Unfortunately customers of services in the IT management area perceive high quality services as a pleasant exception. Projects completed on schedule as well as projects meeting all customers’ expectations are rare. We focus on our commitments from the very first steps taken with a customer, well before we come to an agreement. Clear task definition and our wide practical experience allow us to maintain our reputation. The best evidence of that are our customers, who turn to our assistance again and again, and their trust is of a great value to us.
  • Despite consulting in IT management area means assistance to customers with assessment or improvement of their performance in IT management, in many real-world projects consulting is still substituted with deployment of certain software solution. We perfectly understand that improvement in IT management usually involves not only documenting some processes or implementation of a software product to automate them but also a lot of personnel-related activities. We pay much attention to personnel during the organizational changes, and this helps us deliver impressive results.

Our experts have implemented lots of projects focused on increase of IT effectiveness and efficiency, gained experience of selecting the optimum solutions and managing project risks in a huge variety of situations. We do not waste our time designing castles in the air. We do not help drawing up budgets. We do not implement magic solutions we have just read about in a book. We do not invent new concepts just to own one concept more.

Target audience

Our profession is information technology management. That is why our services are primarily addressed to companies seeking for effective usage of information technology as well as to IT departments responsible for effective IT management.

According to our principles the following features of companies we work with are of a great importance:

  • Constructive approach to IT management: our services are more useful for companies where IT is perceived as an important contributor to business and is taken into account when making business decisions.
  • Strong focus on result: both training and consulting are services that can be useful only if the customer tries to use them to accomplish his or her tasks. We deliver these services, however we cannot really help the customer succeed without their participation.
  • Availability of internal resources: unfortunately, we are not wizards. To achieve effective management of any object one always needs a few resources: people, money, tools… We know how to properly use those to achieve the highest possible effect, yet we do not know how to succeed with no resources at all.

If these conditions are met we can surely offer our services to you, regardless of your industry, tools you use to automate your activities, organizational structure etc. We also do not believe IT infrastructure scale and complexity should be considered as key factors that determine our chances to succeed.

Of course, there are few restrictions that have to be taken into account. For example, Cleverics team speaks Russian and English only. Nevertheless, we are glad to investigate your situation, to go deep into your complications and expectations, to find the best way to help you.
