In IT assessment we benchmark one's IT management practices against various sets of requirements such as internal policies and rules, international standards (like ISO/IEC 20000), industrial requirements (like SOX for banking industry), generic We do know these standards, requirements and recommendations in IT management area. We gained a wide experience applying these in real organizations: defining problem areas, identifying IT related risks, producing reasonable plans, controlling IT performance. Summarizing our knowledge and experience we produced our own method of IT management assessment. It is well scalable, can rely on different standards, gives clear explanation of all findings and brings valuable results to customers.
