Trainings There are three general types of Cleverics’ courses. As well as for services, this division is relative and is used only to structure information in the service catalogue. Certification trainings These trainings are aligned with requirements of the bodies that certify specialists in corresponding areas. By attending these trainings you will gain systemized knowledge of the area and will be prepared for corresponding exams. All the training materials as well as the trainers are accredited by certification bodies or are in the process of accreditation. Practitioner trainings These trainings give lots of the real-world examples and may contain information from different bodies of knowledge. These are not subject to accreditation; hence, we can include any relevant information into the syllabus. We use different ITIL versions as well as MOF, ISO standards, a variety of publications and research papers, a summary of our project experience and other materials to produce these trainings. We address practitioner trainings to professionals who seek the knowledge and skills needed to accomplish the real-world tasks. Simulation games Simulation games help transfer theoretical knowledge to practical skills in a very short time by placing the attendees into real-world situations and making them responsible for accomplishing the real-world tasks. These games can be considered as a useful supplement for certification or practitioner trainings. These can be delivered as standalone trainings as well.
