Real IT Service Management Institute (RITSI)
RITSI operates a number of programs for the benefit of the Real ITSM community (the Real ITSM community is of course the vendors, consultants, trainers, examiners and publishers). RealITSM is the only body of knowledge that represents Real Practice: ITSM as it is done in the real world.
Cleverics has accepted a number of very important statuses due to their partnership with RITSI. These prove the crucial achievements made by Cleverics in RealITSM, including the following:
- By the license granted by RITSI as a part of DespoITSM program the book called «Introduction to RealITSM» has been translated to Russian and published.
- This book has achieved the status of really important complementary guidance of the DogmaITSM program.
- Cleverics’ own Roman Jouravlev and Oleg Skrynnik are in the very limited group of the real members of RITSI. They have been granted their statuses through the BAPITSM program.
